There are many speculations about what Jesus looks like as many people tries to describe his physical appearance. But does the bible tells us what jesus looks like, his physical appearance?

I am hearing a lot of people saying that Jesus is black. Did the bible say that Jesus is black, or even white? If it did where in the bible can I find this?
