Dreams become true with belief

I personally believe that dreams are God’s way of communicating to us, and directing us towards Him. In this sense, dreams are God’s gift to us to keep us closer to His divine plans.

Dreams as God’s Messages

“What do you dream of becoming when you grow older?” is a question often asked to us when we are young.

As children, we often reply with a profession or a career we’d like to have such as becoming a doctor, a lawyer, or a scholar advisor. As for me, my answer always was “I want to be a famous writer.”

What we don’t realize is that these dreams are God’s message – that He is calling us for service to our brothers and sisters in faith.

Dreams as God’s Will

But dreams are not merely divine messages from God. He is actually directing us towards the fulfilment of His will for each of us through our dreams, and at the core of God’s will is the gift of service.

It means seeing our dreams as something that is bigger than ourselves and goes beyond the self. God wants us to serve one another, and be one with each other in our faith.

“I assure you: Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of Mine, you did for Me,” Matthew 25:40 reminds us.

 Testing your dreams

One of the ways God tested my dream is when I got rejected for book proposals I sent to a number of publishers.

Getting published was the sole measure of success I set for myself, and when I was rejected several times over, I truly felt hurt and down. But as James 1:3 says, “because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance,” I kept the hope that my dream will be fulfilled.

Pursuing your dreams

Regardless of setbacks that we may face in our journey, we must keep in mind and in heart the verse in Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.”

I believe that through God’s grace, I can do what He willed me to do, and you can too.  After wallowing in sadness, I still decided to pursue writing as a career. After all, I have the skills and I consider them as divine gifts meant to be used for the good.

God as the center of our dreams

Because dreams are God’s will for each of us, we should put Him at the core of it. It is important that we recognize the divine presence in what we yearn to achieve, and ultimately involve Him in it. As Matthew 19:26 says, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

At present, I’ve realized that God seems to have mapped a slightly tweaked version of my dream. That is, without the famous part. Sure, I’m a freelance writer, and I may not have published books and New York Times bestselling novels under my name, but I am fulfilled.

Through my written word, I am able to reach people, bringing God’s message to them. It is through this gift that I am sharing with you a testimony of God’s grace. It might not have panned out as I originally planned, but I am glad I am still able to fulfill my dream to be a writer. Best of all, I get to live out God’s will of service for me.

Instead of fame, I now aim for significance – how I can positively impact a person’s life through the stories that I write and share in various websites. No longer do I chase after richness and international acclaim. Instead, I would like my writing to be an instrument of inspiration for people.

As God’s vision for each of us, a dream should not be impossible to realize. Just trust in Him, and His ways, regardless of the length and difficulty of your journey. Put your whole heart into it, and in Him, and time will reveal the realization of His dreams for you before your eyes.

We are living in a society where men’s heart has become desperately wicked, a time when men have forgotten about God and choose to live anyway they please without thinking about the consequences of their actions, but what did the Bible say about this? The new Homosexual Bible- The Queen James Bible

I have came to the realization, for some time now, that when men wants to support their lifestyle they will try to change anything that goes against this, including the infallible Word of God, the Bible which should not be altered. Throughout history where the bible has speak against certain sins men with power and money (the love of which is the root of all evil and by which many has pierce their souls with many sorrows) in order to support their abominable and sinful acts sought to write THEIR OWN interpretations of the HOLY SCRIPTURES. The new Queen James Bible which is a new edition to the King James Bible is one of such interpretation written to support their Homosexual practice.

What is God doing in my seasons of testing?

Each one of us as soon as we become a Christian goes through periods of testing; this is a fact of live. I must hasten to add that not allow Christians goes through periods of testing but each one of us as soon as we were born on this planet MUST go through and have been through struggles and or testing periods. In the same way a gardener regularly cause his/her plants to undergo seasonal pruning in order to blossom and bear more fruit, the Lord sometimes allows us to go through seasons of pruning.
